1 Star. Packages get stolen from your front door. My bike got stolen from my back porch. Management sends out an email saying people are breaking into cars. Wanna play in the grass? You're probably gonna step in dog crap. Management doesn't respond to calls, emails, or leasing requests, but they'll comment on this to save face.

I have lived here for a little over a year as of leaving this review. I do not have any real complaints with the apartments themselves, as they are pretty spacious and the grounds are, usually, well maintained. Management, however, has been another story entirely. Upon initially moving in, I immediately noticed the noise coming from upstairs neighbors who had 5+kids living in the second floor apartment. Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Nice playground for the kiddos, with a lot of awesome neighbors. Management is fantastic. Always kind and understanding. Maintenance is quick, super nice, and always a delight to deal with. Love it.

Pretty decent place to live. The side walls are virtually sound proof. The floors, where our unit doesn't have carpet, are pretty thin, you can hear quite a bit from neighbors underneath you. If we had carpet, I'm sure that would lessen the noise. It can be hard to get ahold of management, but they're quite busy with multiple properties for one person to manage.
