Apartments are nice at first glance, but the more you look the more you see the half done cover up jobs. Freezer door seal was half hanging off when we moved in and cracks in the new paint/ spackle. The management is the absolute worst part and they are nothing less than greedy. This company will take any and every dime that they can. They charge an installment fee along with first months rent even though they require you to pay the electric and water company to turn on utilities. After almost 2 years of living here, my thoughts on this place have drastically changed. Understanding that I live in an apartment complex and there is going to be REASONABLE living noise, listening to dogs bark constantly for hours at a time below you is INFURIATING and DISTRESSING. I have filed many complaints, I've even spoken to the tenants myself. And where it might get better for awhile, it just goes right back to living hell. And they dont enforce owners to clean up after their animals, at all, except to place a sign ... read more

This place has been a blessing to live at. Andrew, with maintenance, was so friendly, helpful, and informative. While doing a standard filter change, he also helped me fix my garbage disposal and showed me how to use it properly. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
