After almost 2 years of living here, my thoughts on this place have drastically changed. Understanding that I live in an apartment complex and there is going to be REASONABLE living noise, listening to dogs bark constantly for hours at a time below you is INFURIATING and DISTRESSING. I have filed many complaints, I've even spoken to the tenants myself. And where it might get better for awhile, it just goes right back to living hell. And they dont enforce owners to clean up after their animals, at all, except to place a sign ... read more
This place has been a blessing to live at. Andrew, with maintenance, was so friendly, helpful, and informative. While doing a standard filter change, he also helped me fix my garbage disposal and showed me how to use it properly. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

It's an ok place to live, way overpriced for what you get though. Being next to TDOT means there's always traffic and construction. If you're light sleeper I'd avoid. Especially in the Winter time when they load the salt trucks at 3 and 4 am. Traffic from the elementary school is awful in the mornings and afternoon. Really disappointed in this place, I always thought they were a nice place to live.
Dog feces near mailboxes even after numerous emails. Even on sidewalk now.
