I wish zero stars was an option. Opened a formal complaint on 9/27/22 -still no one has called or attempted to resolve my issue. I paid for a lifetime alignment, left my vehicle for 1 1/2 days just to be told they didn’t have any qualified technicians to do the work. Oh and the truck now mysteriously began leaking oil on my driveway the day I brought it home. DO NOT TRUST these people they have no clue what they are doing and the corporate suits could care less about damage done to your vehicle at THEIR shop. Going another r... read more

While visiting Jacksonville I had a flat tire that was not repairable, I needed one used tire to take me back to Miami so I can have costco replace my un-repairable tire with a new one under warranty, they had many tires for $35 including balance and installation, I got a Michelin 1.5 years old tire, great and fast serviceÂ
I went into the office and it smelled horrible from cigarettes. I saw a burning cigarette in an ashtray on his desk. So gross! Then I was waiting to speak to his office partner who was with another client and I was on the phone finishing a conversation and he walked over to me, got in my face and told me how rude I was for being on the phone. Unbelievable! Bad customer service and experience. I would never give this guy my accounting business nor do my taxes....EVER!Â
no hassle repair, took the tire off the rim patched it back on the rim.. and i was gone fast service. thank youÂ
