Run!!!!!! Do not apply here!!! Pauline the manager is the most coldest hearted person I ever met in my life.!!! I was assigned a ESA and while I’m at the vet I get an email to move out immediately within 3 days!! So far they have been very polite and responsive! Very helpful with the move in process! Editing this review because of the things that happened when I moved out. I was charged for things that were broken or damaged in the apartment that were never properly working when I moved in and for stove drip pans that I DID replace. I brought this up with the property managers and was never given my full refund. Just disappointing. They were very sweet at first but slowly became awful by the end of my lease.
Pauline and the guy who work in the office are awful to work with. They talk to you like you are dumb and don't know what is going on. They use a slot to drop off rent because you are not allowed in office and the slot says they do not assume responsibility once the rent is placed in the slot. We moved out and we had to reach out multiple times about our security deposit. We got it almost 2 months after we moved out, Texas law says you should have it within a month. Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of renting from this company for 5 years. Out of those years I always paid my rent on the 25th. The office personnel is rude and inconsiderate of any situation their tenants my deal with. Out of those 5 yrs I maybe called 4 time for maintenance which took forever or they tried to bill the tenant for parts. Was only late paying rent about 5-7 times but hey received it in a timely manner with overpayment of late fees.
