This is by far the best group of lenders that I have ever worked with in my 18 years as a Realtor! I never have to make a phone call. Their customer service and updates on the loan are superb. I never have to worry about anything when a loan is sent to Town Square. We always close on time or before(most often before)!

I have not used another lender in over 20 years. Jeff Jannasch and his group have always taken care of my buyers and made sure they received excellent customer service. I have had buyers tell me they have their own lender but that lender could not get the deal done and Jeff and his group have always prevailed. I had a very difficult transaction due to several factors, some of which were unforeseen. Town Square, and specifically, Jeff Jannasch got it done! I found him well-thought out, cool under pressure, and he even helped the other lender sort out their problems. I would (and plan to) do business with them again.
