Getting a simply battery replacement, end up with water leaking. Turn the watch in again for a repair but it came out with a scratch near back cover. Store didn’t even apologies for that. No responsibility at all for the damage.

I brought in two rings to be resized on a Saturday. The individual at the counter (I believe the owner) was courteous and helpful from the onset - taking time to make sure we got the size right, explaining the resize process and the possible need to do re-engraving. I got a call Monday afternoon the rings were already done, and I was able to pick them up Tuesday morning. The rings are gorgeous, he kept the engravings, and the cost was more than fair. Overall a great experience.
