My experience from this landlord was to say the least ridiculous. The guy will act like he's a know it all about everything and thinks that everything is all fine and dandy, trust me it was comical every time he stepped in to actually do his job. Anyways, I got a solid laugh. The response time to fix anything is delayed so far back because I'm guessing he hires the cheapest and cost effective friends he knows. My mother-in-law has lived in Towns Square for 15 years and the carpet wasn't new when she moved in and has never been replaced..the kitchen cupboards are falling apart. She had bedbugs a few years ago...building it self isn't very well maintained..would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
