I had a housing inspection not too long ago. A few things had to get done in a timely manner. I addressed the problems to Ruben and he didn’t hesitate to help right away. Not only did he get this stuff done on time, but the inspection passed with flying colors. Thank you Ruben for your hard work and dedication!
Apartments have huge mold issue in the HVAC system. We were told they would inspect this issue. Instead they are just putting up new vents. Every maintenance request takes ages to get fixed if it ever does. And they do not keep good records on any of it.
Lived here 16 years, appreciate Tina (Manager) of Town Square Apts, for always keeping up with the tenant's requests. Joe the (Maintenance Specialist) has been using his experts skills getting my A/C repaired. Very grateful for him. Thank you Joe.
Very nice
Its not just an apartment it is home. With the maintenence on top of fixing things in a timely manner to the front office making you feel welcome. An example....seeing how they treat everyone equal whether they have a disability or not. Everyone is always included in events they have such as a pool party for the kids they had recently to having a senior citizen gathering of treats. Highly recommend these apartments.
