I thought the reviews were wrong, NOT!! I read the reviews but thought it was just mad residents,WRONG. I went there and was shown the SHOW apts. Everything was clean, new, fresh just like they said. We took the application and started to leave. My wife suggested we walk around the grounds without the management escort, to get a real feel of the place. I am so glad we did!! I moved in during June '12. Apts. that are shown, make a very good FIRST impression but, after living here, I wish I took a different apartment in a DIFFERENT complex. I was told that the apt was freshly painted and carpets cleaned but, when the maintenance man showed me the apt on move in day, I pointed out the Pink paint stains on living room carpet, food splatters on kitchen ceiling and dirt and urine stain in corners of bathroom wall. When I moved in 7 months ago, I filled out a form with things that needed repair and gave maintenance permission to enter, with notification, to do these repairs. After several phone calls, and 1 personal appearance request for the repair to be done, I revoked my permission for them to enter without notification. At this place, that doesn't matter! If you want loud, booming bass music at 3am, guys shooting Craps against the buildings, L.A. County Transitional housing, shopping carts in parking lot, loud noisy neighbors that management doesn't do anything about, then this place is for you!! the security gates are a JOKE. Only thing they secure is the a record of the comings of the honest tenants that actually use the code.Gates open and I have see n 5 cars go on 1 code.
