These apartments are crazy big! The 3 bedroom has 1617 sq. ft. It has a dining room and a separate breakfast room. We use the breakfast room as a dining room, and the dining room we use for our computers, gaming, office. The ship-lap flooring is very nice. Full size washer/dryer connections. And free covered parking! And it's assigned! Super big deal for us with 3 kiddos. Response time to any issue is so appreciated by myself and husband.
These apartments are nice. And the largest I've seen in Shreveport, or Bossier. My appliances are new, my carpet and tile is new. Management and maintenance super nice. Love their K-Cup in the office. I stop in for a visit weekly. Maintenance guy even helped me jump start my car once.
