Viewed a property this week with TPG’s representative and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. We had the unfortunate circumstance of receiving a parking ticket in Allston MA during the brief showing and after a few calls with Daniel (our rep) and Sam Resnick, we were compensated appropriately. Everyone was tremendously courteous and understanding throughout the process, we did not end up renting from them, but I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rentals!!
