I won't mention names, but the person that handles the calls for Piper Landing is the worst. He has zero customer service skills. He's just a jerk. Unfortunately I'll have to deal with them in the future, but I'll ask to speak to his boss.
Overall, just a horrible experience trying to sell our condo,it worked out in the end due to our realtor and myself being very patient, but also making sure they got the stuff done.. Im hoping it gets better for the community itself. I will say the billing system sucks. I had a credit on my account and after months of trying to get an anwser I was told it was a system glitch and I was actually short $6. Paid it and was told I had to pay it again since closing docs wouldn’t be updated, and so the only way to fix it was to pay... read more
New Tenant since Oct. Nightmare experience ever since. Tried to contact to escalate the situation. Called and left messages. "Crickets"
