Place is lovely. Neighbors are warm and welcome. Maintenance and staff are friendly.
When I first moved her,15 years ago, I loved the community. They washed the outside of our windows every year. I’m on the third floor. They had a great group of maintenance people that would show up the same day I called. For at least the last 4 years, nothing has been done to keep the outside of our building clean. The stucco is black! No one has clean red our windows, they are filthy. Such a same people are moving out because of the cost of rent here.
