Not that my review is going to make a difference or change what happened, but for any new potential clients - turn the other way when dealing with this place. I was the potential buyer of a home this brokerage had listed. The house was perfect, we fell in love immediately. We put an offer and were counter offered 5k right away, not a big deal but we knew there was no room for negotiating. Our offer was conditional on finance and inspection.
