Horrible service. the boss yelled at me I paid for a pedicure and got nothing close to it. Called to let them know for future reference and they said I could get a refund, so I went back in to get my refund and they tried to charge me 12 dollars for the crappy polish job. The boss who is a man got all cocky refused to give me my money back was calling me names and threatened to call the police on me. AWFUL customer service and I will make sure everyone and their mother doesn’t go back.
I had a male nail tech look at my hand and tell me my nails were ugly, then proceeded to rip my acrylics off extremely roughly with tools. It was painful and I expressed discomfort but he kept ripping them off. My natural nails were completely torn up and still hurt after he ripped the acrylics off. Then he went into the back of the salon and disappeared for 20 minutes. I walked out of the salon.
The second time I do nails in this salon .... it's terrible ... not professional .... I don’t know how they work there .... I will never go there and I want to warn others ...
rude ignorant employees, shouldn't be making fun of 14 year olds, just saying.
Any place that allows grown men make fun of a teenager weight and being mixed, doesn't deserve to be in business.
An older man did my daughters nails and was making fun of her weight the entire time. What does a grown man get out of making fun of a 14 year old girl. I will NEVER go back in there.
You get what you pay for.. they don't polish your nail all the way shape what shape it's whatever they do or don't. horrible job... you will need your nails done every week going here..
I haven’t had a full set in years, I absolutely love my nails! My nails have never looked so beautiful!
