I went here for the first time two weeks ago for a dip manicure. My nails started lifting within 1 week. I reached out two weeks after since I was away for a trip and they offered me 50% off my next service but wouldn’t refund me. From someone who’s gotten dip for many years now, they usually last up to 4-5 weeks, I have never had this happen so early. They said it’s normal wear and tear and I do not agree. I do not recommend going here. For $85 this was not worth it. I changed it to 3 stars because the pedicure was amazing.
I am admittedly a difficult nail client (I want my nails to be perfect!) and Town always delivers and provides an absolutely amazing service. I never write reviews but I genuinely feel like I would be doing them a disservice by not posting. I go for the regular gel manicure and it lasts me at least 3 weeks, if not longer. Nancy and Chi are the best!!!
Very clean and organized nail salon! Everyone was kind and accommodating. My nails look great.
