I walked into his place of public business and found out that they don't serve black faces. I sought out a new place to take my White client so I came into the business to ask if they have accommodations for a old lady who is 94 years old to get her toes and fingernails done. The asian woman who was the gate keeper rudely dismissed my inquiry because of the color of my skin. It was very clear she was not going to serve a person like myself. 3 of my nails broke (once from literally just itching my leg) within less than one week of getting tips with dip powder. Would not recommend.
Lucero is very thorough and professional. It's so nice to not be rushed and know she's taking her time to do a great job.
