I recently brought my Audi Q7 to this dealership for service and I had nothing short of a tremendous experience. Both Woody Mcfadden Service Advisor and Dan Hoffman master technician performed an amazing service on my vehicle. Only can speak to the service side of this place... Town Idiot Motors used to be basically ok... I've been coming here for 4+ years with three different cars ... in the last year I have had to fight with logic on three consecutive occasions in order not to be robbed blind ... the third and final fight was also the final straw -- I won't be darkening their doorstep ever again ... It is a well documented lemon and they are not standing by it and they are making me take them to court (Lemon Law: my case has been accepted).
