Million dollar homes with zero character. Cookie cutter mcmansions. Many other good neighborhoods throughout Flower Mound to spend that kind of money on our home.
Found one of our door handles are not at the same level (malalignment), so it cannot close; the doors themselves have good alignment. I reported this situation to Toll Brothers' maitenance service but they said it is because of settlement. If the doors have good alignment, just the handles are not at the same level, how can this be caused by settlement? It is obviously they did not build correctly. They sold the house to me, and the post sell service is just terrible because they do not care any more.
