Always right on the problem when I call
Would like to have used them. It’s now been 48 hours since we left a message. No response. Guess we move on to the next person to see if the call back
Called about 230p on Tuesday with a toilet drain/clog issue and left msg to call. 24 hrs later still have not received a return call. Called another company and they set up an appointment and were out within 4 hrs. Will not rely on this company unless emergency and no one else available
