We have lived here since 2007. We originally rented a 1 bedroom. Honestly, no complaints. It was a great price and management was wonderful. We had a baby in March of 09' and we're able to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Great price again. However, before we could move they had major fixes they needed to complete. This should of been a red flag. First, the pipes froze and needed to be fixed. Along with cracks in the ceiling due to setting of the foundation. We were so excited to have a room for our son we didn't care. There was a big misunderstanding and I was wrong in my previous review and I will be the first to admit it.
New I am a Veteran and on Disability, having been living here for over 6 years. I've always paid my rent on time, never caused any trouble in anyway. Today I get an email saying that they will no longer work with my benefit that I get through Disability and are threatening to evict me. Yet on their Facebook page they have a big post about how they "Honor their Veteran Heroes", yet they are threatening to kick me out because they are too greedy to honor my entitled benefit. I don't want to see some "sorry" reply in the commen... read more

BLACK MOLD ALERT I got flooded out of my first floor apartment by a medium-sized rain event, as did the other two families on my floor. Plus there was mold even before the flooding. They charged me $50 for the date I got flooded out when they gave me my security deposit back (I was flooded out on the 1st of a month). My apartment apparently had been flooded out two years prior, and they obviously cut corners in fixing it. I would avoid living here, especially if you have kids. Or lungs.
