Update warning: after I moved out and experienced another living area in San Antonio, I realized the issue was the home itself, and some of the homeowners and HOA. The townhomes are so old that they ALL have severe water bug roach infestation. I paid for extermination because my landlord refused and even with extermination we still saw them like once every 1-2 months instead of every day multiple times! The neighborhood board and the HOA do not work for the well-being of the owners, they are only bothering the owners with fines that do not go, instead of seeking the harmony and well-being of the neighborhood, the vice president, Loraine, is a very conflicting and abusive person
Very quiet area, besides a few car break ins throughout the years everyone is safe. We can walk and go running in the area and it seems that everyone loves to go for walks and runs. There is a pool and basketball court, clubhouse, but would like to see a park in the complex for the children. The townhomes are a little outdated so unless a landlord who owns it remodels it- it is kinda old. Like my wooden cabinets say 1994 because it is a home not an apartment. I have I own my Town House here for going on 28 years now and can't say I ever had an issue. Great neighbors quiet peaceful community great accessibility to McAllister Park next door.
