Unfriendly residents and staff. No parking for anyone there to help a resident. So you'll need to carry supplies from the other side of the building if they don't live near the extra parking area.
Beautiful apartments in a park like setting for independent senior living. The office manager has kept us Covid free for the past two years. Deb, the office manager, regularly disenfects public areas. She cleans the apartments for the new tenants. She has vacuumed common areas. The only downside is there is no one to regularly clean all of the stairwells and common areas. Oh, the parking lot lights flicker on and off.
