RecommendedI will always go to Town Fair tire from now on. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation from my dealership, about a week later my car wasn't driving right. come to find out they damaged the centric rings on my Revolution Racing rims and I was missing 2 aftermarket chrome lug nuts. I called Town Fair tire who sold me the rims and they ordered me a new set of lugs and a new set or rings at NO COST! They were quick, friendly and they took care of the problem no questions asked. Great service. Fast and inexpensive. I am very pleased.
Promised 6ply, got SUV tires fora truck, the guy that sold him on getting them said they were in stock, ( turns out he is in Connecticut! How do you run a business in Billerica, with a salesperson in Connecticut?)and to bring it in ..it's now 6:30 they won't mount 2 of the tires because he doesn't have matching lug nuts, has to go to a gas station...DONT GO THERE. After he posted he was there on fb, the negative comments started coming in!!
Rude customer service price was not as quoted would not recommend
Got my new tires Friday morning, snow storm Saturday and they are awesome! Drove Straight up a 5 inch covered hill that is my driveway like it was warm butter!
Thanks for the terrible customer service you gave my husband today. We will happily spend the over $2000.00 we planned on for tires and wheels for our truck some place else. It is your job to to answer questions and or show merchandise and you couldn't be bothered. No way to insure your job security pal. Wish he remembered your name.
