This store was terrible. The guy helping me was rude and when I came in with a quote for a tire that was less than what they were charging they were supposed to price match it but told me no. Then he said they would give me a discount on an alignment for $49, but that IS the cost of an alignment anyways!! I went to the Townfair Tire in Saugus and they price matched it no problem! Stop trying to extort money out of potential customers!
I had two tires put on my car in February, my tire sensor wouldn't shut off so I called them and was told to come back and they would fix it but when I got there they looked at my tires and told me that they didn't have the tool...Annoying but not the end of the world-now I just had my oil changed at Firestone and when they went to shut off the light they saw that the sensor was broken and replaced with a rubber valve stem-no sensor!!
