Thank you for wasting our times. I have 4 KUMO tires on my Lexus NX. One of them had a nail in the tire that couldn't be repair. So one of their branch was able to locate me a KUMO tire which is at Hanover branch. We drove their and they mistakenly had me wrong with the timing. So I got the square off with them. I gave them my key and assuming they will replace my tire. I paid, picked up my vehicle, and drove off the lot. In 5 minutes, tire pressure light went on. had an appointment for my wife's tires to get changed all four tires at 3:00 my car was not done till 6:00 ,yes every excuse in the book. but till not ok just put four tires. never again.

Sorry folks You get a D- from me, went and got four new tires last week and all of a sudden my tire pressure light came on, checked all of the tires and the right rear was almost completely flat, Brought it back today and you told me I need two new pressure sensors, kind of a strange coincidence. At $70 bucks a pop you finally offered to eat one of them which was nice but still cost me $70 more because of it. I guess I will leave it to the professionals from now on.
