Staff was attentive and tire were rebalancrd in time estimated. I am just wondering why 2 tires slightly out of balance in less than 1,000 miles. Tires originally purchased and balanced at Town Fair. Something isn't right
Today OK n 8/16/2017 I decided to bring my tire that had a bead leak to get re-beaded and they said they will call me when finished. 2 hours later i send my wife to go pick it up and they said " it has a slice on the side of the tire. They marked the slice with Chalk and in the square Chalk is a pin hole and now the tire spews out air. All 3 of my other tires are fine so I know its them who did it. They put air in it then poked it with a pin. I want my $100.00 for a new tire that they can't get smh. If your Black or of Color... read more

James and Dave have been very helpful today!! They took me in at almost closing because the steel belts were showing on my tires and it was dangerous to drive! Thank you guys! Very friendly and helpful service!
Warranties are great when the companies behind them back them up! Not come up with loopholes that are never explained to the customer but are enforced as soon as you try and use it! Congratulations townfair tire you just lost 2 customers for the past 6 years because you didn't want to replace a tire!!!!!!! Great business ethics!
I had a 1:00 appt to have my tires rotated. I dropped my car off a few minutes before the appt time and was told by the manager, Dave, that it would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. My kids and I walked to a restaurant to eat lunch and cane back at 1:52 and my car still hasn't been touched. Every time I come here there is a problem. What is the point of making an appt if you are not going to stick to it? Stop over booking or taking walk ins if you can't keep up with your appts. I will never buy another tire from h... read more
