Great customer service every time I come here. Doesn’t try to up-sell and they take the time to talk to me and make sure I get the best deal! My waiting time is always reasonable. Sergio & Rob are very pleasant and helpful. I will be back again!
This place sucks appointment at 11 am it's 12 an my truck still sits in the parking lot for a faulty tire I got from them wtf

I would have put a zero. Didn't balance wheels, wrong psi, no covers on valves, couldn't go over 45 on highway. Said I must have hit a curb. Spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Ruined other tires, uneven wear and tear. Need 3 new tires and front end alignment. Mechanic said 2 illegal plugs on 1 tire. I think legal action is needed.
Had an appointment on Friday March 3 for tires. Arrived and was told the tires were the wrong size and they didn't have the right size but had 4 of the other size. Tried to up sell, refused and came back on Monday for install of 2 tires. Told it would be 2 hours after being told on Friday 45 minutes. Time I lost more than offset any "savings". No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
omg you suck. 2.5 hours (after being quoted 45 minutes) for an overpriced set of tires because you were "out" of all of the more reasonably priced options. i'd take a damn bicycle on 95 before i'd set foot in here again.
I had an apointment for 12 het there the guy said it would take 90 minutes which is a long time to change tires but w/e. I was not happy leaving there after 3 hours of waiting. What was the whole point of a apointment if they cant honor it and get it done my car went in around 2 and done about 3. Also they didnt even bother to check the alignment. I gave them 1 star because thats the lowest i could give
