I walked into this shop last night, being 90% sure I'd be sold at least 1 tire to replace my flat. When told it would take "a few days" to get a replacement (if necessary), I was getting upset at the prospect of driving that long on my donut tire (I don't have a second car or local people on whom to rely for rides), Sales Associate Luis treated me kindly, instead of making me feel (more) like an idiot. My husband has come in twice, and was treated poorly both times. My advice to anyone would be to go to sullivan instead!
Had a new set of tires put on about a month or so ago. I noticed one of my locking lug nuts was missing a few days ago & called to see if it was simply missed when putting them on & found laying around. They looked at my info from when I went in & confirmed that I wasnt missing any hardware when I brought it in & havent had any work done since. Amazing experience! You can see your car on Video getting worked on. I paid $5.30 to get my tire repaired because I ran over a screw. I’ve paid triple that elsewhere for a fix. Same day service and I could do it on my lunch break. Great guys.
Dave at the counter was pleasant and courteous however advised me it might be 1 1/2 hours at 2+ hrs in I asked for an eta..was told I was 2nd up...after 3hrs My 1 one tire was changed when I expressed irritation for the wait was told I didnt come in with an appt...yeah welk nail thru tire wasnt planned..everyone deserves lunch but watching staff there consume 4-7 pizzas with only one car in the bay is Poor planning and Customer Service. Did not get tire registration form Horrible service Never Again!
