The staff was very friendly and fixed my tire quickly.
Beyond excellent service. My salesman was patient and offered discounts to get me the tires I wanted. Showed me 5 sets in my price range. And gave me time to decide and research. Was in and out in an hour. And no longer than an hour and a half wait for anyone in there...and it was busy. They have my business from now on!
I've been going here for years and they've never disappointed. I always purchase the Road Hazard warranty, and it came in very handy as one tire got taken out by a pot hole, and the other had started to bubble due to a curb rub that happened about 2 months ago. Went in Monday morning, and I was done in just under two hours. The only charges were for the alignment and I purchased the hazard warranty on both tires. Great deal on tire replacement ($70 or so less than competitors for front two) and quick service with free alignment. Then a couple months later found my tire going flat with a nail in it and they fixed it for free, without appointment, in about 15 minutes despite the store being busy. Good experience here
I got a flat and used Fix a Flat to get to a tire place. I started out at BJ's but they did not have my size tire in stock and said it would take 4 to 5 days to get in. Forget it. So I went to Town Fair. I was greeted right away. The saleman came out and inspected the tires on my 25 year old Plymouth and noted that they were 13 years old. They had my size tires in stock, I got all 4 tires replaced with Eldorado's, an alignment, balanced and it only took less than 2 hours, even though it was very busy. The entire experience was fantastic. I had an appointment; I showed up; they took the car right away, and before I had time to realize I was even there, I was on my way home with four brand-new tires that were reasonably priced. I used to go to Sears, but because they're going out of business I needed a new place. I have found it. Even if Sears doesn't go out of business, Town Fair Tire is my tire spot driving forward.
