RecommendedThis is the most professional and efficient location I have ever used? Made appt for an alignment yesterday for this afternoon. Had to get a tire plugged because of a nail, had alignment, tire rotated and balanced. All done within an hour. Nothing but a pleasant experience. Clean store and waiting area. Will not go to another location again! Very satisfied customer!

RecommendedVery Long story, frustrating day trying to get tires on my Volvo. We discovered that my car had anti-theft lug nuts on my car and could not locate the key. Went to two tire places and no one could help I called Town Fair in Falmouth and spoke with Huck. We arrived and he and his team did everything to find a solution short of going to my dealer in Hyannis. I had an appointment here. I went and dropped off my car. I was told it would take 20 minutes to get in the bay and 40 minutes to do the work. I gave them the keys and left. When I went back I was told my car never even went to the bay. I went to leave and found that my window had been rolled down. When I asked why someone was in my car and rolled down my window when they didn't take it to the bay I was told it was their word against mine if the window was down. The manager was a complete jerk.
