Town Fair Tire is a great place that provides great customer service all-around. The employees are respectful and always makes sure the customer is satisfied. Matt is one of the best workers for Town Fair Tire. He has knowledge of the company's products, always has an answer for questions directed towards him, and he is compassionate about the cars entering the shop.
Matt will take the time to get the job done right and get you back on the road as soon as possibles.
Arrived today with a flat tire salesperson Matt helped me out he was very nice and very helpful got me in and out and back to work in no time. Excellent customer service
After a bad experience at one of the town fair tires in new haven county I was reluctant to try again. Am I glad that I did! Tommy was fantastic! He got me in and out in no time, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will be going to see Tommy anytime I need tires in the future. I have already started telling my friends and family about his service and even posted what a positive experience I had on Facebook pages for other local families.
Bought 5 new tires from Matt that had to be special ordered. He was extremely helpful in explaining the different options. They were there the next day and had my car done within the time frame that he had promised.
I am a repeat customer as these guys always do a great job. Matt was a great help this most recent visit.
