My SUV only had 1400 miles on it and I had to go in for a large screw in my tire. They were so nice and replaced it at no charge. They certainly made me feel valued, and I will continue to go to Townfair. I was going to Firestone before. Not anymore.

Awful customer service. Had to wait days after dropping my tire off and it was finished just to find 10 minutes to put it back on. Finally after telling me to come in at 5, which I did. They told me another 3 hours.. To simply jack the car and out on one tire That's already been done all day. I will never purchase another set of rims or tires from this establishment for any of my vehicles.
very helpful over the phone, but once they have your car in the garage, they start offering other services. And if you don't buy, OMG! they turn nasty. I would never do business there again. And on top of that they left my breaks squealing,
