This has to be the best Town Fair Tire in Connecticut. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that they help in any way they can and also suggest the right thing to do and the outcome is always great. I went there today and Noel one of the texts make sure he took care of me and was super friendly and helpful. Can't get no better than that

Dealt with this place this morning . I bought a new car with a dealership that has a deal for them to replace tires if they need to be. When I arrived, everyone was very pleasant except for the employee name Joe. Right from the start he “heard nothing about it” and “they dont deal with _______ ( car company’s) customers they deal with the company. I use the Town Fair Store in Avon CT. I have a 2016 leased Ford C-Max that came with Michelin tires. At 23000 miles the tires are at 2/32". I brought the car to them and they entered a claim with Michelin. The result was Michelin will replace the tires at 40% of the retail cost (plus mounting/balancing and such). The store ordered the tires and now tell me that I have to pay 100% of the retail cost and that Michelin will reimburse me.
