I had 4 tires ordered through their website and sent to the store under my name. I called Monday to verify they had arrived and scheduled a Tuesday appointment to put them on. I shown up and they can't find my tires. They offer an " upgrade" because they SOLD my tires after i verified they were in only 24 hrs earlier! They were no upgrade, i did my research.
