I was so pleasantly surprised by how very professional the front desk ladies were even though fairly young. Unfortunately, today, I don’t see that very often. I usually see lack of empathy and lack of personality normally and you don’t have that with this office. I don’t recall her name, but the one that has very long, beautiful dark hair was as professional as they get and as friendly as they get. And I call her out because I interacted with her the most. Took time off from work and I am a new patient. Apparently this doctor forces every patient to do retinol imaging every year. It is unnecessary test for someone healthy with no medical condition. Just for 35 dollars. I am a healthcare worker myself and it is my right to refuse a test. Very disappointed that lens crafter is associated with this office. I will not recommend it to anyone
