All the staff is very nice and compassionate about helping patients get better.
My daughter tore her ACL playing sports and our surgeon recommended Town East Physical Therapy for her rehab. Beyond impressed. The entire crew including Jason, Nick, Katelynn, and Ashley took care of my daughter from day one and pushed her to her limits each visit. I cannot speak highly enough of them.
I’ve had three different physical therapists and Jason was by far the best. He helped me understand what was wrong and how to treat it in every day life, not just with the exercises I learned at the facility. The rest of the staff were also wonderful. Pricing reasonable and no hidden charges.
Stellar!!! The staff and therapists are the best! Polite, kind, thorough and they really care! I’ve been to several other therapist-they don’t hold a candle to Town East Therapy & Rehab. I always feel better after my appointments. Thanks!

Great facility and awesome staff! My shoulder is back at full capability from before the surgery!
Show up at 0810 for a 0830 appointment. No one showed to open the office till 0835. Therapist didn’t show till 0840. Therapy did not start till 0845. A little disappointed, if you're not going to start seeing patients till 0845 don't schedule appointments at 0830.
