Great first experience as a new patient. Staff was friendly and professional.
I went in with a little anxiety and Makenzie put me at ease. She had me laughing. I had a very good experience with the entire staff. From the young Lady that check me in and the young Lady who checked me out. All were very welcoming.
Today I was not a happy person. Manny, the dental assistant, treated my mouth like if it was a doll’s mouth. He pulled and tugged my lips like if they were made out of rubber. He burned my lips with an apparatus that curates the bond they put on my teeth. I’ve never complained about this dentistry because I have always received excellent service, until today.
