I did not find my knife to be very sharp, and my serrated knife was not handled correctly, and has somewhat lost its structure.
Staff were super nice, great selection. They helped me with what I needed, will definitely go back. Mahalo ( Thank you)!
This is a review for their knife sharpening service. I've dropped off a $15 Chinatown cleaver, a $150 Japanese gyutou, and a few things in between for sharpening. Town Cutler did a phenomenal job on it all. I believe the standard turnaround time is next business day but I've definitely been able to drop off in the AM and pickup in the PM on weekdays.
