my daughter & her 2 children had to move out of the apartments because of mold. She was told she had to clean it up her self. I informed my daughter not to touch it because it is contained as long as it is not disturbed. Also if you have a pet you will have to pay pet deposit every year, even for a Guinea pig that stays in a cage.Some of the staff are very rude . I would love to share pictures of the mold but dont know how, if you know me you can see them on my facebook.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Despite renters paying a pet deposit when moving in, those who have pets, especially cats, are discriminated against during monthly "pest control/inspection." Even though the smell of POT will you knock you down when you walk to your apartment, nothing is ever done about it. Crime runs rampant, we are afraid to come outside at night and are afraid our vehicles will be vandalized at night. The general manager is very rude to her clients. Mold everywhere also certain rules for certain people. Not a kid friendly place and for the people that are leaving after finishing out your lease and paying on time and making sure that the apartment is spotless u still don't get your security deposit back also if you have a vehicle that's leaking or tags outdated or a car that has been sitting for a while or a car that has a flat tire regardless of how long it has set there u will get a lead violation. This apartments are absolutely gorgeous! The office staff is very helpful and always the sweetest! Amazing views.... we love it here!!! I recommend to all families!!

These apartments are brand new and very nice, but built quickly and you can tell they cut corners! Management is a joke! VERY rude and hard to deal with! If you have a job and can not leave your car parked in front of your apartment all day expect to walk! Parking is ridiculous! I have addressed the issue many times with management and keep being told it will be corrected! There are many many places to rent in lenoir city and I can not wait till my lease is up!
