Horrible management! Can not wait to move out! Great maintenance staff. Austin is wonderful though.
The new Manager of Town Creek Village in Montgomery goes above and beyond. She's friendlier than the old manager Mandy. She pays attention to our needs and understands when a situation gets out of hand. She knows how to resolve the issue in a timely manner. When my ac unit was broken she said "my staff with be over there within 10mins don't worry." Not even 6mins they were already at my door knocking. Just wanna say, living here is amazing. The new Manager is Super Sweet and Is doing a Fantastic Job. The Staff and Maintenance Crew are outstanding and quick to answer questions and offer help. Love Living Here.
