I got a flat tire driving down hwy 7, I had to pull into the parking lot with CAA with me. A worker from this Volkswagen dealership came out to ask me what was going on, I explained to him I was dealing with a flat tire, and he said "can you deal with it somewhere else?" I could not believe the audacity, I took my car off hwy 7 so I was not impede traffic, and this was the closest parking lot to turn into. Very unprofessional and rude guy from parts department. I placed an order online and indicate I will pickup in person, but never got a confirmation email. I called three days later and was told the order was cancelled. Again, not cancelation email either.
I leased my second car from this dealership and the experience was great, as expected. There was no sales pressure. They listened and help me with what I was looking for in my car. It was smooth and easy from start to finish!
