Not a good experience as the representative Gary was not helpful to get us clear numbers for the deal that we were looking for. We also had to trade in the car but the offer was unrealistic compared to other VW dealers. The attitude was not correct as he was least interested to show the car and was not courteous enough to offer atleast a test drive and work around the numbers if possible.
Rude employees to start with. Went there and as soon as I mentioned i was looking to trade in a 2024 vw lease, the whole dynamic of the conversation changed. He got me a vague trade in value in less than 5 min and when asked if i could atleast test drive the car i came to see, he said your wish. No customer service oriented. Very condescending attitude. Had to drive 40 min only to get out of the dealership in 15mins
Recently purchased a 2026 Volkswagen Taos from Volkswagen Unionville and had a great experience overall. Peter was very patient, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions clearly and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free without being pushy. Really happy with the new Taos so far — loving the drive and features. If you’re looking for a VW in the Markham/Toronto area, I’d definitely recommend asking for Peter at Volkswagen Unionville!
