We have gone here for years! Love the staff and Jim! Best service and prices around!
My mom takes her dog here and I thought it was a great place until I tried getting my puppy in who was having a reaction to something and swelling up and they refused to see her.
I took my dog there for the first time. They come in and was not to nice to him, they cut his nails and cut one to short making him bleed all over. We will not be bringing him back! They put him and us through hell, they just went about the whole thing the wrong way.
We were referred here by a friend. Even though we live some distance (Kalamazoo) we are happy to make the drive. Jim and the staff here are excellent.
