This is a wonderful practice and everyone there cares so much for all of our pets. It almost seems like family. 17 years of having Town and Country as our veterinary care and I cannot say how blessed our family is to have them in our lives.
Dr. Loehr and staff are great. We have been going for nearly 20 years and they have been taking great care of our dogs, past and present.
Excellent staff! Very helpful to the humans and very friendly and loving to the animals.
We were clients of town and country for 22 years until 3 weeks ago— and in the last 9 months when we really needed them because my cats were sick I was told they couldn’t see us until the following week because they were busy with pets coming in for the their annual checkups. So sad they wouldn’t see us and said to got to emergency vet even though both times I needed them I called in the morning. I’m so sorry that we were not able to help you when you most needed us. We have been operating over capacity since COVID-19. We shortened our hours for a month in April and have been playing catch up since then. We do save appointment spots everyday to work in sick animals, even with that some days we do reach a maximum. I know none of that matters when it’s your baby that is sick and needs care. I’m sorry. -Katie
Dr. Loehr is the most caring and knowledgeable vet I've ever met. He and the wonderful staff at T&C have cared for our 3 dogs for four years now. I give them the highest recommendation!

Dr. Jordan and his wife and the staff are part of our family. Ken and I met Dr. Jordan just after they had started here in Chesterfield when they were working out of their mobile office and we had brought in our first dog. We had not been married very but a few years. Now we have been married for 41 years and Jordan's and staff have provided our family the best care for our fur babies.
