I recently contacted T&C to enquire about car storage. Although my car was unable to be stored, the representative was amazing. I believe the art of customer service is a dying art, so it was delightful working with Katie. Her professionalism, eye for detail, and compassion blew me away. If i lived in Monroe, I'd try and poach her for my company. Thank you, Katie, for being you!
