Worst customer service I've ever recieved...the Manager lives on site and he and his Sister have a job because of paying customers like myself..and my boyfriend..we rent 3 pods..1 storage unit along with a trailor...over $1,000.00 a month..and there is no reason..when a Customer is inquiring..about another unit..to act as if I am putting him out...I have always been polite..and would not reccomend..this Storage facility...at all...The manager should not work with the public...!
