Extremely rude to customers. Hoping the animals get treated better than the people who are paying for the services.
RecommendedThey truly care about animals. Dr. Smith is so gentle & patient. Her staff is outstanding, as well! They got us scheduled very quickly with our new puppy. We were taken back quickly, given options & information, and allowed to make all the decisions regarding our pet's care. Thank you all for what you do!
Best of the Best. To the point bedside manner for the human, complete love, respect and care for your pet. I have seen her stay the night at the hospital to care for sick animals on a cot right by them.
Compassionate Quality Care From the very first visit I was amazed at the genuine concern and expertise that Dr. Melissa Smith possessed. At other vet visits and we have had a few other docs seemed more interested in getting you out of the exam room and to the clerk to get the money in the bank than finding out what was truly wrong with our pets, several times we were charged over fifty dollars for their quick fix diag. and the always 1oz bottle of antibiotic that cost more than we would be charged for a prescription and pet ... read more
Best Vet in the World I have had more than a few animals in my life, all of which I have cared a great deal for. Melissa is the only vet that I have found that seems to actually care for the animals and will do her best to make sure that the animal is cared for, and the proper actions are taken for the best interests of all. I owe some wonderful time I have spent with my pets thanks to her professional and knowledgeable practice. I would not take my pets anywhere else, in my opinion its a waste of money.
Reasonably priced animal care Dr. Smith is one of the few vets in the business that maintains reasonable prices while providing quality medical care for you dogs and cats. Highly recommended.
