Horrible, rude service! They are ripping customers off! Charging more than what is used!
Terrible service!!! Just another water company trying to get one over on us! Any one with common sense knows that one toilet that we have at our location can not use 11,000 gallons! Just absolute rude people!!!!
We have 1 toilet at our location and we were getting billed for 11thousand gallons. Happened twice so then they came and changed the meter and since the 4/27 to now we have used only 500 gallons. Now they are saying that the old meter is fine and nothing was wrong with it. I suggest if you use this company for water you check you meters regularly.
