My family and I were stranded on the highway after our vehicle broke down while returning from a holiday trip. An ambulance responded due to injuries. The tow company dispatched to the scene showed racist and hostile behavior from the start, making inappropriate comments about our ethnicity. Our vehicle was towed less than 5 minutes to a nearby gas station, yet we were told it would not be released unless we paid $2,000, with no clear explanation or itemized charges. Mark charged a homeless woman who was living in her vehicle $2000 to tow her roughly a mile after she was in an accident. To him it's just business. Nevermind that there are people involved.

This company is a complete rip off. 1 star is too many. It cost $480 to tow my car 8 miles, and when I called later in the day to pick it up they said there was no one in the office to release it to me and I had to wait til the following morning. When I went there at 8am the next day they charged an additional $100 for an extra day of storage and an additional 5% for using a debit card. On top of all this they were extremely rude. If you was to be screwed out of you money and time Town and Country towing will do it. You would be better take tag and abandon car then let those thrives touch it. One star is too many for these a$$&0/E$

Seemingly safe and crime free. On a slight hill so some units may be difficult to access.
