Our city needs to dump this contract and get a real business in here! This place is not only the most expensive, Customer service is rude and no help. They bill through the city so you cant deal with them or drop them if you want to. If people had to pay them.. They would be out of business. Picture below is Monday 12-4-17 after new contract. That states if the items do not fit place them next to the can... Well only the can is emptied. Now i sit here with a curb full of trash that I have already paid to remove.

LAZY, they did not pick up our garbage cans it was not perfectly 3 feet from where it was supposed to be

I had a flat tire last Tuesday while delivering mail and was having trouble getting a lug nut off. Your driver, who was working the Postville, IA route that day, stopped and got that lug nut off and then changed the tire for me. I didn't get his name but really appreciated his help that day. He was very courteous & knowledgable!

The worst sanitation company I have ever done business with! They have left my recyclables on the curb on numerous occasions. They fail to come back to pick it up after the third occasion. I have called on other issues and asked to speak to a manager. Not once did I get a return call. Seems I have to call them every day! They just don’t care about the customer. Horrible customer service. If you have a choice with an alternate refuse company, stay away from these guys!
