Was not happy. Realtor was only other person other than me with access. Toilet was left running & resulted in $13000 water/sewer bill. Realtor claims toilet was not used during showings but no one else entered the property. Could not get names of clients to verify if anyone used the toilet & realtor denied any responsibility.
